Spreading the happiness that flowers can bring, Girl’s Generation Yuri became a flower delivery girl for a day.
With Yuri and Super Junior’s Choi SiWon as its models, the cosmetics brand, Mamonde, held a special event where customers can order flowers and cosmetic items through the website.
Choosing one lucky customer each, Choi Siwon and Yuri became florists, creating the bouquets as well as carefully packaging the special gifts for the event winners.
Choi Si Won made his special delivery back in October to a young woman, who was completely surprised that a Super Junior member came to give her flowers. He passed out flowers for winner’s friends as well as the fans who crowded around him during the delivery.
The event will continue until November 18.

Before Super Junior Leeteuk left for the army, he texted 100 of his friends to see who would reply. The results proved to be hilarious.
On the November 7 broadcast of SBS Strong Heart, Leeteuk invited some of his closest friend on the show and even texted 100 friends with the sentence, “I’ll miss you.”
Throughout the broadcast, the text replies were read out loud, creating much laughter in the studio.
The first person to reply back was Lee Seung Gi, former Strong Heart MC, who wrote, “You didn’t go yet? Kekeke. I’ll miss you too. TT_TT”
A reply from 2PM’s Taecyeon read, “Hyung, come back safely~ But I think this is the first time you ever texted me. Let’s try to keep in touch more often.”
Kim Min Jong of SM Entertainment wrote, “Me too. Fighting! Time will go quickly! Enjoy your time there,” while Baekdusan’s Yoo Hyun San wrote, “Teuk! You can do well! Even Boom went~ I’ll miss you and I’ll visit!”
Other texts included messages revealing that Leeteuk hasn’t kept in touch with many of his contacts.
Mighty Mouth’s Shorry wrote, “Who is this???” while Jewelry’s Eun Jung replied, “Did you send this to the wrong person? And aren’t you serving as a public servant?”
Even Psy, who had to serve in the army twice, replied back, “Army…it’s fun….kekeke. Make sure to eat a lot of Chinese and chicken and other greasy foods, Ke. If you have any questions, call me anytime.”
When Leeteuk texted his mother, she replied with a completely unrelated text, asking if he needs to send a certificate of his seal as well.
K.Will sent an especially hilarious reply, saying, “Stop lying. Keke. The country wants Private Park Jung Soo. Sexy, Free & Single enlistment preparation complete.”
On SBS′ Strong Heart, Leeteuk cleared up rumors that figure skater Kim Yuna had turned down his friend request on Cyworld.
The singer made it onto the first page of newspapers for the first time because of these rumors.
Leeteuk said, “While we were modeling for school uniforms together in 2007, Yesung was on the computer when Kim Yuna came to him and asked him what he was doing. Yesung asked, ′Want to be friends [on Cyworld] with me?′ and I added, ′Can I be friends with you too?′ This was exaggerated to seem like she had turned down my friend request.”
The misunderstanding branched from articles for a program he had appeared in. He had told the story on that program for the first time, and the preview articles for the show expressed the incident as an ′embarrassing shut down.′
Because of this, more than 500,000 Super Junior fans visited Kim Yuna′s mini homepage, putting her in an awkward situation.
Leeteuk said, “I apologized on the radio and I contacted her in person to apologize too. Thankfully, Kim Yuna understood with a kind heart.”
“I don′t keep in touch with Kim Yuna now,” he said. “I again want to apologize. I hope she works hard for the Sochi Olympics, and becomes a star that helps Korea shine.”

Super Junior becomes the first foreign male artist to win a triple crown on the Oricon weekly chart in Japan.
‘SUPER JUNIOR WORLD TOUR SUPER SHOW4 LIVE in JAPAN,‘ released as DVD and Blu-ray Disc in Japan on October 31st, ranked at 1st on both daily and weekly DVD charts, DVD music chart and Blu-ray Disc chart of Oricon.
Especially, by standing atop in 3 categories including weekly DVD chart, DVD music chart and Blu-ray Disc chart of Oricon, Super Junior proved their high popularity and influence in Japan once again.
The DVD and Blu-ray Disc contain two concerts from ‘SUPER JUNIOR WORLD TOUR “SUPER SHOW4”’, which were held at Kyocera Dome Osaka in December and Tokyo Dome in May.
Moreover, Super Junior-K.R.Y. will hold their solo concert ‘SUPER JUNIOR-K.R.Y. SPECIAL WINTER CONCERT 2012’ at Pacifico Yokohama National Convention Hall from November 19th to 21st and World Memorial Hall in Kobe from December 22nd to 24th.
Meanwhile, Super Junior members have been active in various fields such as drama, DJ, musical, etc.
Super Junior recently took part in the World Latte Art Championship which took place in Asia and in Korea for the first time.
The Café Latte Contest took place on November 2 and 3 in Korea where some 50 baristas from around the world took part in the competition with Choi Siwon, acting as the spokesmodel for coffee beverage brand, Caffe Latte, also participating.
The winning latte art would be featured on the lid of Caffe Latte’s new drink in 2013, with 1 percent of profits donated to Make-A-Wish Korea.
In the contest, Choi Siwon helped create and present latte art with the competition’s champion, Chris Loukakais and encouraged the support of the public for the Make-A-Wish Korea foundation.
Chris Loukakis himself was said to be surprised at Choi Siwon’s latte art making skills as he shared, “Choi Siwon not only possesses handsome looks but his latte art skills makes it hard to believe he’s a beginner.”
Choi Siwon will next be seen on SBS’ The King of Dramas when it premieres on November 5.

Choi Siwon opened up briefly on his thoughts about love and relationships with Christmas close at hand.
The singer-turned-actor talked at the press conference for the SBS drama The King of Dramas held on October 31.
He said, “I′m open to meeting new people, but I′m careful around love. It′s Christmas soon…”
He added, “Last year on Christmas Day I watched a movie with the Super Junior members. I′m curious what will happen this year.”
Choi Siwon then introduced his role, the rude top star Kang Hyun Min, emphasizing, “He′s a person who′s a complete opposite of me,” drawing laughs from his audience.
“I want to present the word ′enjoyment′ to as many people as possible. I want to give them laughter and happiness,” he said. “Don′t watch other programs; watch ours. It′ll be fun.”
The King of Dramas will air its first episode on November 5, and is about the people who film dramas. It stars Choi Siwon, Kim Myung Min, Jung Ryeo Won and Oh Ji Eun.

SM Entertainment revealed on the 16th that group Super Junior will releasing a commemoration photo book of their 7th anniversary. The photo book will be released all together on 6th November in all areas of South Korea and Asia.
The title of the photo book will be ‘Super Junior Boys in City Season 4. Paris’ which include their photos with Paris, France as the background and also essay written by the members.
There will be 2 version of the book; a Normal Edition and Special Edition. In the Normal Edition you’ll receive the photo book, postcards, and poster. While in the Special Edition you will also receive a 2013 diary and a DVD that contains Behind the Scene of the photo book making.
The online reservation sales will start on 17th.

Why I love Super Junior? I wasn’t into K-Pop when Super Junior debuted, I started noticing them only after they released Sorry Sorry (in my opinion, THE song that shot them to superstardom and got them where they are right now). My first impression of them was “Why so many members?” and “What’s with the haircut?” While watching EHB, it was then when I realized that these boys began to grow on me. They have a nonchalant approach to fame and they don’t take themselves too seriously, that’s a quality I rarely find in other K-Pop groups. I realize in Korean entertainment world, idol images are shaped and they have to maintain that, but every so often, with SJ members, their real personalities appear in interviews, variety shows, radio broadcasts and especially Super Show. They way they interact with each other make me feel like I’m watching the boys-next-door, approachable, funny, dorky and humble. I guess that imperfection shows that they are real and relatable.
Why I love TwELFs and SPL? When I first started collecting information about Super Junior, I stumbled upon several fanbases, but TwELFs stood out to my attention immediately for several reasons: quality content, good English, pleasing to the eyes & easy to navigate.Like any other new converts, I joined in the fandom bandwagon and participated with gusto especially on Trending Topic projects. I was surprised to know that TwELFs founders were still in college, because they ran a tight ship with the blog and Twitter account. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I communicated via Twitter with the founders, because they were so friendly and unpretentious.
TwELFs blog has meaty content without sacrificing entertainment value. It is informational without sounding too serious and at the same time, provides all the fun tidbits for fans –newly minted or veteran.
SPL is oozing with creativity (e.g. forum members referred to as Students and Super Junior members as Professors!) and over a short period of time has gained the reputation of being one of the most acclaimed international forums for ELFs. SPL keeps making changes for the better and continues to carry out credible projects for Super Junior and ELFs. SPL is a labor of love, and I salute the people behind it, who are such dedicated hard-workers.
