I’ve been thinking of posting this since weeks ago, but I just got the chance now. There’s a Heechul’s Messed Up Fairytale VTR in every Super Show 2, just before the encore. I couldn’t take pictures of the whole story, because the pictures were changing rapidly. I managed to get a few though. See the pics in order so that you’ll get the whole plot. However, if you find that the fairytale doesn’t make any sense, don’t worry, it really does not make any sense LOL
Anyway, I don’t know whose drawings are these, but I have a strong feeling that it’s Heechul’s drawing LOL But I could be wrong though xD You can read the story of Heechul’s Messed Up Fairytale in my fanaccount ^^
Super Junior hate to disappoint fans every time they have a concert and they honored their words as they put up a superb performance at Putra Indoor Stadium in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 20th of March, in front of 15,000 fans.
Fans matched the great performance with their chants, calling out to their idols namely by their names during the 3-hour concert. Malaysian artists, Iqwal and dance group, Thomas and Jack did their opening for the concert. Arrived with only 10 members (Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook and Kyuhyun) instead of 13, Super Junior performed 35 songs including hits such as “Sorry Sorry”, “Angela”, “Our Love”, “Insomnia”, f(x)’s “Chu” and many more. Besides that they also proved their creativity by injecting some classical and rock elements into their performance for “Sonata at Temptation”.
Equipped with three big screens, special effects with multi-colored laser beams and shots of fireworks, the T-shaped hydraulic stage cost RM 6 million (US$1.8 million). The geometry of the stage enabled fans to take a closer look at the faces of their idols.
Besides Malaysian fans, there were also fans from other countries like Indonesia, Singapore, Japan and Korea. Most fans arrived at the venue 2 hours before the concert started and they brought with them items like pillows, boxes, flowers, kangaroo (toy) and banners. At the concert, Super Junior were clearly enjoying themselves with their fans where at one point, there was even a water pistols and guns shoot-out between the ELFs and the SuJu members.
According to Siwon, this was their first concert in Malaysia although they have been to Malaysia twice prior to the Super Show 2 Concert. The boys were in Malaysia as guest performers at TVXQ’s concert in 2007 and MTV Asia Awards in 2008.
Siwon said, “The support we received here is really awesome and we want to give our best performance to Malaysian fans. Although the weather is hot, we love this country because of its beautiful sceneries. With such a great response, we hope to have a concert here again in the future”.
Super Junior’s 2nd Asia Tour Super Concert 2 which started since July 2009 have taken place in Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan and China. The concert in Malaysia was the 8th of the series and the boys will wrap up their tour at Araneta Coliseum, Manila on the 10th of April.

KUALA LUMPUR: South Korean boyband Super Junior wowed 15,000 fans in an electrifying performance at their sell-out concert at Bukit Jalil Putra Stadium.
The boys belted out 35 songs in Korean, Mandarin and English during the three-hour-long concert on Saturday night, delighting fans with hits such as Who Am I, Super Girl, Shining Star, Sorry Sorry, Wonder Boy and Marry U.
Enthusiastic “ELFs” (short for Ever Lasting Friends used to refer to Super Junior fans) waved glowsticks in pearl sapphire blue – the boybands’ official colour – and screamed wildly throughout the show.
Some even camped out at the concert venue the previous night while others arrived hours before showtime.
All the concert props were flown in from South Korea and the special stage which cost the organisers some RM6mil to build offered the boyband more opportunities to interact with their fans.
Local Mandopop duo Thomas Jack and teen singer Iqwal served as the opening acts at the concert.
The concert marks Super Juniors third official visit to Malaysia.
They featured as guest performers at their label-mate TVXQs 1st Asia Tour in 2007 and were last here to attend the MTV Asia Awards 2008 as well as collect their award as Favourite Artiste (Korea).
The boyband also attended a brief press conference before the concert. Present were the 10 members of the group: Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook and Kyuhyun.
Debuting in 2005, Super Junior comprises 13 members, which makes them the biggest boyband in the world.
The boys have 19 releases to their name including studio and live albums as well as singles, compilations, soundtrack and various other collaborations.
The concert was organised by Redstar Presents and the event managed by Marctensia with SMEntertainment and Dream Maker as concert supervisors.

Why I love Super Junior? I wasn’t into K-Pop when Super Junior debuted, I started noticing them only after they released Sorry Sorry (in my opinion, THE song that shot them to superstardom and got them where they are right now). My first impression of them was “Why so many members?” and “What’s with the haircut?” While watching EHB, it was then when I realized that these boys began to grow on me. They have a nonchalant approach to fame and they don’t take themselves too seriously, that’s a quality I rarely find in other K-Pop groups. I realize in Korean entertainment world, idol images are shaped and they have to maintain that, but every so often, with SJ members, their real personalities appear in interviews, variety shows, radio broadcasts and especially Super Show. They way they interact with each other make me feel like I’m watching the boys-next-door, approachable, funny, dorky and humble. I guess that imperfection shows that they are real and relatable.
Why I love TwELFs and SPL? When I first started collecting information about Super Junior, I stumbled upon several fanbases, but TwELFs stood out to my attention immediately for several reasons: quality content, good English, pleasing to the eyes & easy to navigate.Like any other new converts, I joined in the fandom bandwagon and participated with gusto especially on Trending Topic projects. I was surprised to know that TwELFs founders were still in college, because they ran a tight ship with the blog and Twitter account. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I communicated via Twitter with the founders, because they were so friendly and unpretentious.
TwELFs blog has meaty content without sacrificing entertainment value. It is informational without sounding too serious and at the same time, provides all the fun tidbits for fans –newly minted or veteran.
SPL is oozing with creativity (e.g. forum members referred to as Students and Super Junior members as Professors!) and over a short period of time has gained the reputation of being one of the most acclaimed international forums for ELFs. SPL keeps making changes for the better and continues to carry out credible projects for Super Junior and ELFs. SPL is a labor of love, and I salute the people behind it, who are such dedicated hard-workers.
