Super Junior holds the distinction of being the FIRST K-POP ARTIST and its album “Sorry Sorry”, the FIRST K-POP ALBUM to reach GOLD RECORD STATUS in the country.
SUPER JUNIOR’s “Sorry Sorry” album was NUMBER ONE in two of the country’s biggest record retail chains – Odyssey and Music One and stayed in Odyssey Records Album Chart for 10 weeks! Two of album’s singles “Sorry Sorry” and “”It’s You” received heavy radio and video airplay and “It’s You” music video peaked at #2 in MYX Hit Chart.

Specially produced to comemorate the sale of Super Junior’s second independent concert live album , it will be made available through Super Junior’s official homepage and various music sites.
This music video was filmed in a studio in Namyangju, Kyeongji towards the end of August this year. Directed by Chun Hyukjin, it incorporated a more refined and splendid image of the Super Junior members.
It hopes to capture the hearts of fans with the music and the simple yet sensational display through monotone images and picture division techniques that it presents.

SM Entertainment stated that on the 7th, Super Junior’s 3rd album “SORRY, SORRY” sales has exceeded 250,000 mark.

this time when the members returned to Korea i prepared for the Great Wall of Chinatrip a few days back~^^
the Great Wall of China that can be seen from outside of the Earth…(when i searched on the internet it says that it’s difficult to observe using the naked eye..) nevertheless it was magnificant..and never-ending..(do you think we can finish walking? what a thing to say.. ㅎㅎ)
it’s slightly freezing but i like this weather with the sun shining! hyehye~ since morning we’ve been making hodduk*..and pumpkin porridge(only packed the hodduk~ㅋ) hodduk eaten during such chilly weather at the Great Wall of China is the best^^
we saw a pretty baby wearing santa outfit~ took pictures..rode on the roller coaster..look at bears~^^ really fun~~ ㅋ
i went to this place called the Thirteen Tombs of the Ming Dynasty… worn out after going to the Great Wall of China,, totally exhausted instead of going in we headed straight back to the dorm~^^
when i came back i was looking at the photos all the time it’s a waste looking at them alone and i want to show it~~ so i’m here ^^

i thought of how i was counting down the days with my fingers and praying during recording while doing activities in china~^^
that together with the members 3jib will do well and all the praying a year past~

Why I love Super Junior? I wasn’t into K-Pop when Super Junior debuted, I started noticing them only after they released Sorry Sorry (in my opinion, THE song that shot them to superstardom and got them where they are right now). My first impression of them was “Why so many members?” and “What’s with the haircut?” While watching EHB, it was then when I realized that these boys began to grow on me. They have a nonchalant approach to fame and they don’t take themselves too seriously, that’s a quality I rarely find in other K-Pop groups. I realize in Korean entertainment world, idol images are shaped and they have to maintain that, but every so often, with SJ members, their real personalities appear in interviews, variety shows, radio broadcasts and especially Super Show. They way they interact with each other make me feel like I’m watching the boys-next-door, approachable, funny, dorky and humble. I guess that imperfection shows that they are real and relatable.
Why I love TwELFs and SPL? When I first started collecting information about Super Junior, I stumbled upon several fanbases, but TwELFs stood out to my attention immediately for several reasons: quality content, good English, pleasing to the eyes & easy to navigate.Like any other new converts, I joined in the fandom bandwagon and participated with gusto especially on Trending Topic projects. I was surprised to know that TwELFs founders were still in college, because they ran a tight ship with the blog and Twitter account. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I communicated via Twitter with the founders, because they were so friendly and unpretentious.
TwELFs blog has meaty content without sacrificing entertainment value. It is informational without sounding too serious and at the same time, provides all the fun tidbits for fans –newly minted or veteran.
SPL is oozing with creativity (e.g. forum members referred to as Students and Super Junior members as Professors!) and over a short period of time has gained the reputation of being one of the most acclaimed international forums for ELFs. SPL keeps making changes for the better and continues to carry out credible projects for Super Junior and ELFs. SPL is a labor of love, and I salute the people behind it, who are such dedicated hard-workers.
