2) SJ 7th Anniversary Trending Topic - We’ve already prepared a trending topic and @Sup3rJunior will DM the fanbases about it (with sufficient time) before the anniversary in order for it to trend fast and stay long on the World Wide Trending Topics. (This is due to how trending topics work.) Do just watch out for it!
3) SJ 7th AnniversaryAvatars - If you can remember last year, TwELFs made a countdown for SJ’s Anniversary. Now, not only one will do the countdown but all of us by changing our Twitter/FB/Tumblr/LJ/etc display pics to a specific SJ 7th Anniversary Countdown avatar for that day. Don’t worry, we’ll provide the avatars on October 28th and we’ll start using the first one on October 31st all the way to November 6th. Remember, that it’s one avatar a day! And if you get mixed up as to which avatar to use, all the participating fansites will be using the appropriate avatars too!
4) SJ 7th Anniversary Site - We’ll be setting up an LJ Community where you can post your Anniversary greetings to SJ. The site will be moderated and strictly observe posting rules, and will be made available on October 31st. We’ll try to make a place where you can post your Anniversary fanvids and fanarts too (will be updated later on).
5) From U (ELF Ver) - If you understand the lyrics of that song, you know that this song is really something we can dedicate back to SJ. Several ELF will be given a phrase/line from the song to sing in the same tune as the original song, then we’ll compile the video and put it up together. If you want to participate, kindly refer to the requirements below.

In the past 3 years, Super Junior United Philippines has organized big fan gatherings: SJRace, SJUniversity, SJPX2:Repackaged, SJXpress, and SJPremiere. Now, the group planned to set the first and the biggest ELF convention in the country.
Top 10 reasons why you shouldn’t miss the 1st Philippine SJ Convention
1. This is no ordinary gathering. Happening at the SMX Convention Center Function Room 4 at 10:00 AM on November 3, 2012 is the biggest fan gathering of Everlasting Friends in the Philippines.
2. More than an event. The 1st Philippine SJ Convention is presented by Super Junior United Philippines, SMX & KFest Manila Events Management together with Universal Records, Odyssey Music & Video, Odyssey live and LG Electronics Philippines. With the participation of Pulp Magazine & Astroplus and also brought to you by King Sejong Institute, Nissin Yakisoba, and Jack ‘n Jill Dynamite. Media sponsors, TwELFs and Daily Kpop News.
3. Venue. The venue is very accessible to everyone. SMX is a large private venue. Air-conditioned that fits perfectly for the event where we need no sweat all day while chatting, singing, dancing & doing nothing but only the ‘ELF life’.
4. Ticket Price. The entrance ticket price is just Php 150.00 and you will enjoy a whole day of fun, chat, sharing, love, smile & everything positive with ELF from different places in a very comfortable indoor plus air-conditioned venue. Ticket will be sold on the day of the event, November 3. Tickets are limited to at least 4,000 ELF only.
5. Exhibitors & concessionaires. Nothing beats the fun with ELF, right? Imagine the performances from our favorite cover groups that everyone’s waiting and thousands of Super Junior merchandises from our favorite and trusted online shops: Plushhies Princessian, Daisies and Berries, Heebumie’s World Shop, Red Monster Shop, Haengbok House, Fangirl Asia and KKKPop Treats will sell stuffs in their respective booths.
6. Fanbases PLUS! Local fanbases will spazz out with all ELF present in the event. You will not miss visiting Forever KYU Philippines, CloudsPH, StringsPH, RyeongPH, ShinsFriendsPH, CaptainSiwonestPH, GengfanPH, StarfishPH, PumpkinMINPH, HoneysPH, PetalsPH, and AllRisePH. Everyone who supports Super Junior is a member of ELF but to be part of a fan club is more fun. You can register and be officially part of Super Junior United Philippines on the day itself. Feel that you are a true and official ELF by applying for an I.D. but make sure to secure this membership form, bring it with you because printed forms might be limited on the day of the event.
7. Search for Mr. Simple 2012. Another part of the gathering to watch out wherein Super Junior fanboy who will win is going to take home over P20,000 worth of prizes, LG phone, GCs and a chance to be featured in a magazine.
8. Super Junior Love and Music. Do you miss our fanchants we usually do in Super Shows? Well, let’s do it here in the 1st Philippines SJ Convention together with our ELF family. We will have whole day of Super Junior music in the background. ELF in the Philippines loves ‘noreabang’~
9. Freebies. Expect freebies for those coming on the convention. ELF loves freebies and going home with a smile and simple stuff inside his/her bag.

Why I love Super Junior? I wasn’t into K-Pop when Super Junior debuted, I started noticing them only after they released Sorry Sorry (in my opinion, THE song that shot them to superstardom and got them where they are right now). My first impression of them was “Why so many members?” and “What’s with the haircut?” While watching EHB, it was then when I realized that these boys began to grow on me. They have a nonchalant approach to fame and they don’t take themselves too seriously, that’s a quality I rarely find in other K-Pop groups. I realize in Korean entertainment world, idol images are shaped and they have to maintain that, but every so often, with SJ members, their real personalities appear in interviews, variety shows, radio broadcasts and especially Super Show. They way they interact with each other make me feel like I’m watching the boys-next-door, approachable, funny, dorky and humble. I guess that imperfection shows that they are real and relatable.
Why I love TwELFs and SPL? When I first started collecting information about Super Junior, I stumbled upon several fanbases, but TwELFs stood out to my attention immediately for several reasons: quality content, good English, pleasing to the eyes & easy to navigate.Like any other new converts, I joined in the fandom bandwagon and participated with gusto especially on Trending Topic projects. I was surprised to know that TwELFs founders were still in college, because they ran a tight ship with the blog and Twitter account. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I communicated via Twitter with the founders, because they were so friendly and unpretentious.
TwELFs blog has meaty content without sacrificing entertainment value. It is informational without sounding too serious and at the same time, provides all the fun tidbits for fans –newly minted or veteran.
SPL is oozing with creativity (e.g. forum members referred to as Students and Super Junior members as Professors!) and over a short period of time has gained the reputation of being one of the most acclaimed international forums for ELFs. SPL keeps making changes for the better and continues to carry out credible projects for Super Junior and ELFs. SPL is a labor of love, and I salute the people behind it, who are such dedicated hard-workers.
