After a surprising coup last week by “Easter,” Justin Bieber struck back, and has reclaimed the title of “most-tweeted topic” on Twitter.

Our good friends over at What The Trend have dug up the data and provided us with another rack of interesting stats. Because this is a topical list, hashtag memes and games have been omitted from the chart below.

From atop his Twitter throne, Justin Bieber can look down at a regular on the number two spot, “Follow Friday,” which is of course everybody’s favorite friend-suggesting meme.

“Astrology” comes in at number three, and quickly became a hot Twitter topic this week thanks to the popularity of the @ZodiacFacts account and accompanying hashtag. “Zodiac” and “Facts” being oxymoronic didn’t stop tweeters from sharing juicy info about their birth signs, most of which saw their own share of action on the trending topics list this week.

On April 10th, the world was shocked to learn that Polish president Lech Kaczynski, his wife, and a number of high-ranking government officials were killed in a plane crash in Smolensk, Russia. The president’s name trended regularly as people tweeted the news and their condolences. It ranks fourth on the week’s chart.

“Retweet This,” a fairly straightforward meme, came in at number five. According to What The Trend’s data, the phrase got much of its play in Indonesia.

Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa released a free, downloadable mixtape titled “Kush and Orange Juice,” which quickly rose in the trends to number six as fans shared the links and their excitement.

The wildly popular Fox musical-drama Glee returned to television on April 13th, making a big splash with fans who had been anticipating the season for some time. One of the episode’s most talked-about segments was the character Sue Sylvester’s rendition of “Vogue,” which was viewed and shared virally via Hulu.

Big news from Twitter’s first developer conference, Chirp, sent the social network’s namesake back into the trend charts this week. The launch of Twitter’s @anywhere platform, and their acquisition of third-party app Tweetie generated a lot of buzz, while the Library of Congress announced its archiving of all public tweets since 2006 as a historical record.

“UK Parliament” came in at number nine, as the country’s leading political party members convened for a televised debate in anticipation of the General Election on May 6th. A total of 650 seats in the house of commons are up for grabs.

And rounding out the list, the Korean boy band Super Junior is back at number 10 this week, thanks to a dedicated and social media-savvy fan community.

• Why I love Super Junior? I wasn’t into K-Pop when Super Junior debuted, I started noticing them only after they released Sorry Sorry (in my opinion, THE song that shot them to superstardom and got them where they are right now). My first impression of them was “Why so many members?” and “What’s with the haircut?” While watching EHB, it was then when I realized that these boys began to grow on me. They have a nonchalant approach to fame and they don’t take themselves too seriously, that’s a quality I rarely find in other K-Pop groups. I realize in Korean entertainment world, idol images are shaped and they have to maintain that, but every so often, with SJ members, their real personalities appear in interviews, variety shows, radio broadcasts and especially Super Show. They way they interact with each other make me feel like I’m watching the boys-next-door, approachable, funny, dorky and humble. I guess that imperfection shows that they are real and relatable.
  
  Why I love TwELFs and SPL? When I first started collecting information about Super Junior, I stumbled upon several fanbases, but TwELFs stood out to my attention immediately for several reasons: quality content, good English, pleasing to the eyes & easy to navigate.Like any other new converts, I joined in the fandom bandwagon and participated with gusto especially on Trending Topic projects. I was surprised to know that TwELFs founders were still in college, because they ran a tight ship with the blog and Twitter account. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I communicated via Twitter with the founders, because they were so friendly and unpretentious. TwELFs blog has meaty content without sacrificing entertainment value. It is informational without sounding too serious and at the same time, provides all the fun tidbits for fans –newly minted or veteran.
  
  SPL is oozing with creativity (e.g. forum members referred to as Students and Super Junior members as Professors!) and over a short period of time has gained the reputation of being one of the most acclaimed international forums for ELFs. SPL keeps making changes for the better and continues to carry out credible projects for Super Junior and ELFs. SPL is a labor of love, and I salute the people behind it, who are such dedicated hard-workers.
